24-year old Jack McInerney is the newest member of the LA Galaxy.  Having scored 43 goals throughout his MLS career, McInerney bring experience and will give the Galaxy some much needed help offensively.

LA Galaxy General Manager Pete Vagenas is excited about McInerney’s addition to the team.  “Jack is a young and experienced player in MLS who has shown that he can score goals in this league,” he said in a news release. “He will give our team valuable depth at the forward position throughout the season. We look forward to Jack joining the team this week ahead of Sunday’s game,” he continued.

McInerney has been playing in the MLS since he was picked seventh overall in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft.  He has played for Philadelphia Union, Montreal Impact, Columbus Crew SC, and the Portland Timbers.  Additionally, McInerney has played on the USMNT, U.S. Under-23, U-20, and U-17.
